"Marriage is not an achievement". The hypocrisy of single ladies.

Life without a goal is meaningless. Year in year out people sets their goals for the year and work towards achieving them. And as we all are different so is our goals and drives. What is achievement first of all.

"Something that you did or got after planning and working to make it happen and that therefore gives you a feeling of satisfaction, or the act of working to make it happen".

No one gets up one morning to get married, it takes plan and effort. And it therefore gives satisfaction when accomplished. So this defines that marriage is an achievement.

You go to school, put your effort and graduate is an achievement. You go learning handwork when accomplished is an achievement.
You are doing business, set up your goals and you achieve it is achievement. Anything you planned and accomplish is an achievement.

Why  do I call it hypocrisy.. It's hypocrisy because you want it. You can deny it but you know the truth. Perhaps its not yet your goal for now because of other plans you have for yourself but, when the time comes and  you feel it's time for marriage it becomes your goal. And when you achieves it, it becomes an achievement to you.

I call it hypocrisy because some ladies that say it's not an achievement, secretly move from one ministry to another, praying and sowing seed because of marriage. They go from one relationship to the other looking for any serious one that will lead to marriage. That's hypocrisy.

Stop degrading your friends effort down. It's not your goal so allow those that it's theirs  to enjoy their achievements. It's stupid bringing someone's effort down just as it's stupid of ladies who got married and start seeing the singles one as if they have committed a crime, or showing them attitude of "I'm better than you"

That you are married doesn't make better than the unmarried people. It's not yet their goals or they are still working to achieve it. So enjoy yours in peace,  and treat others with respect. Marriage is an achievement and being single is not a crime.
