Actors Guild of Nigeria threatens to sanction Tonto Dikeh over continued outburst on broken marriage

- The Actors Guild of Nigeria has issued her warning on how she is portraying actresses in the industry as bad ladies - The body advised her that her marital problem should be managed privately and not made a public discuss Even though Tonto Dikeh has warned that nobody should call her to order concerning her recent outburst on her broken marriage and the personality of her estranged husband, the governing body of Nigerian actors, Actor Guild of Nigeria, has issued her a strong warning. The guild warns that if Tonto continues to exhibit bad behaviour which has been portraying the motion picture industry in bad light, she will be sanctioned. The chairman board of trustee of the guild, Prince Ifeanyi Dike said: “Totoh Dikeh  is exhibiting bad behaviour that we will no longer be condone. What she should realize is that every marriage has its own issue.

Dike speaking further noted that no marriage is perfect and that issues like this should be treated privately. He spoke further that Tonto is portraying the industry in a bad light with her continued outburst. The BoT chairman noted that there are so many actors who have issues with their marriages without getting the public involved. Dike further said that the fuild is not interested in her private matters; rather they are more concerned about her attitude which is rubbing off negatively on other actresses. He said: "Actions like this portray the industry as having unserious ladies. That is why men are scared of marrying actresses."
