BRT passenger jumps to his death on Lagos-Abeokuta expressway

A yet-to-be-identified middle-aged man died today after he jumped to his death while disembarking from a Marcopolo BRT bus at Casso axis, on Abeokuta/Lagos Expressway.

According to reports, the man boarded the BRT bus from Oshodi and while disembarking from the bus at Casso bus-stop, mistakenly missed his steps in the process of jumping down from the vehicle. He hit his head on the tarred road and died instantly.

There was nothing on the deceased to identify him.

His remain has since been deposited in the morgue.
