A Woman who forgave her boyfriend for biting off her nose has killed by him in another gruesome attack

A woman decided to give her abusive boyfriend another chance after he attacked her and bit off her nose. But he ended up killing her with a knife, hammer, and billiard cue.

Oleg Myshadaev, 20, a car wash worker, began dating Alexandra Shaposhnikova, also 20, after they met at a music college where they shared a desk. But during the relationship, he became abusive.

Oleg had previously been spared jail after Alexandra begged a judge not to send him to prison for biting off her nose. One year after, he went into a vodka-fuelled rage and days later Alexandra was found dead in the flat where they lived in Saransk, Russia. Local sources said that she died as a result of head injuries.

On the day Oleg attacked Alexandra, a female friend had been asleep in the flat while the attack happened. In the morning, Oleg told the friend that he and Alexandra had argued, but she left quickly, not realising Alexandra had been killed.

Alexandra’s body was left in the bathroom for two days before she was found. A hammer, knife and broken billiard cue was found at the crime scene. Five empty vodka bottles were also discovered in the flat.

Oleg confessed to police that he killed Alexandra with a knife, hammer, and billiard cue.

A court ordered his detention for two months as a murder case was launched by the Russian Investigative Committee.

The initial attack on Alexandra was In November 2017. Oleg had attacked her at a vodka-fuelled party, punching her in the face and biting off most of her nose. Surgeons were unable to sew the severed part back on her face, saying the damage was ‘not reversible’. Despite this, she forgave him and continued to live with him.

At a later court hearing, he was described as suffering from ‘uncontrollable anger and jealousy’. Prosecutors demanded a lengthy jail sentence for Oleg but Alexandra told the judge: ‘I have no claims against Oleg. I am asking the court to please not lock him up.’

He was found guilty and given a suspended jail sentence of 18 months. This meant he walked free from court.

Now, following the murder of Alexandra in their flat, Oleg could face 15 years in prison.
